Termination

In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access any public or membership blogs, forums, bulletin boards or public comment areas and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to material downloaded from these areas, the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement, shall survive.

Other

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
